Which countries and regions are supported by Parcel Perfect Shipping?

Parcel Perfect supports courier coverage across Southern Africa (including South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho), as well as international shipping to the United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and mainland China.

Can I test Parcel Perfect Shipping before going live?

Yes. The extension includes a Production Mode setting. Setting it to Development allows you to input your Parcel Perfect sandbox server URL and test rates, packaging, and label generation without booking live courier dispatches.

How do I obtain Parcel Perfect test credentials?

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Request for ecom test account. The Parcel Perfect sales and integration team will provide you with test account credentials and sandbox endpoints.

Are handling fees supported?

Yes. You can configure a custom handling surcharge under Stores > Configuration > Sales > Shipping Methods > Parcel Perfect Shipping > Handling Fee. This fee is added to the live courier price retrieved from Parcel Perfect.

Can I print Parcel Perfect shipping labels with barcodes directly from Magento?

Yes. Once you create a shipment and package items with custom dimensions (length, width, height, weight), you can click Print Shipping Label to generate and download official barcode-ready shipping labels in PDF format.

How does the customer receive tracking information?

When a shipment is generated in Magento admin, tracking details are populated automatically. Administrators can click Send Tracking Information to dispatch an automated email with tracking numbers and order details directly to the customer.

Is the module compatible with Magento 2.4.9 and multi-language setups?

Yes. The extension is compatible with Magento 2.0.x through 2.4.9 and fully supports multi-lingual stores and CSV-based i18n translations.
