Can marketplace sellers create their own unique size units and templates?

Yes. Marketplace sellers have their own dedicated Marketplace Size Chart menu in their seller dashboard. They can create brand-specific size units, custom measurements with guide images, and multi-dimensional size chart templates independently from the store administrator.

Does the extension support configurable products?

Yes. The extension supports both Simple and Configurable products. Assigning a size chart template to a configurable parent product displays the interactive size chart modal on the storefront product detail page.

How does the Custom Size Chart feature work for buyers?

When enabled, shoppers can click the Custom Size Chart tab in the popup modal. They are guided step-by-step with visual diagrams showing how to measure each body part (e.g., Chest, Waist, Inseam). Customers enter their measurements, select their body type (Plump, Normal, or Sportive), accept the disclaimer, and save the measurements directly to their cart.

Where can store owners and sellers view customer custom measurements?

  • Store Administrators: In Sales > Orders > View Order, the custom dimensions and body type appear in the ordered item's options section.
  • Marketplace Sellers: In Marketplace > My Order History > View Order, sellers can inspect the submitted dimensions for fulfilling custom tailoring or bespoke apparel.
  • Customers: In My Account > My Orders, buyers can review their submitted custom measurements.

Yes. Navigate to Stores > Configuration > Webkul > Marketplace Size Chart > General Settings > Custom Chart Configuration. You can customize the Acknowledgement Note and Footer Note text for each store view.

Is the extension compatible with the Webkul Marketplace Seller Group module?

Yes. The extension checks for the presence of the Seller Group module and enforces permission-based access rules for Size Units, Measurements, and Templates in the seller dashboard navigation.
